When will my order arrive?

Orders to metro regions such as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane typically arrive within 3 days.

Orders to regional areas take 3-5 days to arrive.

Orders to rural post codes take up to 7 days to be delivered.

You will receive an email with your tracking information the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a no questions asked returns policy as part of our 101 day free trial.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

The Archie Bed box is quite large, so unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

They offer the widest network of courier across Australia, and put the health & safety of their postal workers at the forefront of their business. This is something we value.

You will receive an email with your AusPost tracking information as soon as your order ships.

When can I expect my refund?

Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return.

We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund!

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 2-year warranty on the Archie Bed. We've built it tough, and it should last you (and your dog) for many, many years.

The benefits provided under the Archie Bed Warranty are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Will shipping fees be refunded?

All orders have the option of free shipping.

Unfortunately, if you paid express shipping, this is a non-refundable fee.
