What is the 101-day free trial?
Let your dog try the Archie Bed for 101 nights, risk free. If you don’t love it, let us know, and we'll take care of the rest.
In most areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide we also offer free pickups directly from your door.
Why do you have a 101-day free trial?
Just like a humans, dogs can take some time to adjust to a new sleeping surface.
Your dog may find the Archie Bed foreign at first, and it may take a few days before they become comfortable sleeping on it. This is entirely normal.
You should encourage your dog to lie on the Archie Bed so it becomes accustomed to it. Once it does, we're almost 100% confident it will become your dogs all time favourite dog bed.

It can take time for your dog to get to know the Archie Bed, so let them play, sleep and dream with it for up to 101 days before you give your verdict.

In most areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, we'll organise to pick-up your return.
Otherwise, we'll provide you with a return shipping label to use when lodging the item at your local post office.

Once we’ve received your returned product, we’ll give you a full product refund.

FAQ's
Why 101 days, not just 100?
One day for every Dalmatian. Just kidding.
Because another well-known Aussie brand offered a 100-day trial, and we wanted to one up them. Just kidding (kind of).
Because one of our founders really loves odd numbers, and she insisted it be 101 days, and not just 100. Not kidding.
What condition can I return my dog bed?
We're reasonable people. And we will always take return of dog beds in reasonable condition.
If you're Archie Bed is undamaged, we will happily take return of the item.
If the bed has been chewed to pieces on day 99 of the 101-day trial, we hope you will understand that we cannot take return of it.
If there are any stains on the exterior of the bed, we kindly request you wash the exterior cover before returning the bed to us.
What happens to returned dog beds?
All returned dog beds get donated to local dog shelters across Greater Sydney.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! If you would like to exchange your Archie Bed for a better size, you are welcome to do so.
